 Good but Far too Repetitive

Firstly some pros and unfortunately some glaring cons

Pros
Great graphics and special effects
Excellent presentation
Quite lengthy story
Challenging
Amazing cut scenes
Dante/Nero cool characters with excellent choice of moves.
Rewarding and deep gameplay mechanics

Cons
Music too repetitive, really annoyed me, same music with Nero every fight scene
POSSIBLE SPOILERS: Gamelay, too repetitive, fighting some bosses three times!
Once you have played the first ten or so missions you have really seen everything the game has too offer in terms of locations. You then go almost backwards through the locations with Dante.

Too start with I really enjoyed the game, three quarters of the way through I just wanted to finish it for the sake of it rather than enjoying the game. I can understand why people would really enjoy the game, (replaying missions/high scores), but for me, game is just too repetitive.

This is a game for your collection! No Doubt!

Having played this demo, I'm very impressed with the frame rate, sound and graphics. If you know about the Devil May Cry games then you will not be disappointed with this version. If your new to this franchise, then this game will be a good version to start with. Nero (the new character) will be someone for new players to this game to use and to get use to the story behind the DMC series. Dante is the Main Man though! Add this to your collection, you won't regret it!

 Best Devil May Cry yet!

Capcom have done amazingly well with this game. after buying this from play.com when seeing the amazing price i couldn't put down my ps3 controller down. the cheesy story and the new character Nero's surprisingly great fighting abilities like his extending demon arm and his sword with an accelerator on it and help from the astounding scenery and fixed camera angles makes this game a classic and will have DMC fans hooked once more.

 I didin't like it

I know everyone is saying that it is a good game and yeah, the graphis are amazing.
however, I don't like the fact that you cant save when you want. Yu have to complete each level to save. Also, I don't know if my game is broken but after I have done that level and turned of the ps3, I have to do the level again, even though i have saved. If you die in the game, you have to start all over again.
Also there is not enough freedom to move.

 New Game but Old style!

Quite simply this is nothing short of lazy! It's the same as any other DMC title yet polished on the next-gen consoles. In fact the developer was so lazy that halfway through the game you are forced to cover the same ground but with just another character!! Capcom should hang their heads in shame!
