SEGA have done a good job in bringing Golden Axe over to the PS3, although there is no multiplayer, and the sound track does not match that of the original, this is still a very good game. I can not understand why others have been so negative about it.
Dull and mundane.

Although the graphics aren't bad they still leave much to be desired for a PS3 standard game.
Controls are awkward and the attacks are limited, the enemies are repetitive and the landscapes dull.
If you're looking for a game that will entertain, challenge and that is worth £39.99, this really isn't the game for you.
Horribly Dissapointing

I read the previous bad reviews and thought "Hey, I like the look of this game, looks like something I could really enjoy." £40 and a few hours later I realised how wrong I was. The camera control is thoroughly annoying and your character is very fixed! Not recommended to players who enjoy their improvement ingame to be recognised (experience and level advancements) and definitely not recommended to those who enjoy to free roam maps. A little like Heavenly Sword with poorer combat and a far worse camera system.
