  A truly brilliant game.

From the moment I put this game in my PS3 I knew that it would be a great game, and it sure didn't disappoint as I've been hooked on it eversince. The graphics are quite frankly b****y brilliant and the actual gameplay couldn't be any better.
Multiplayer mode is good as it could be along with all the miniature games (although after a while these can get boring). The only thing that lets this game down is that fact that it has no online capabilities, but obviously there is a good reason for that and the only other thing that is missing from this great game is Britain's Andy Murray but maybe he'll be in Virtua Tennis 4.
A must buy for all sports fans.

  brilliant!

Straight out the pack and in the PS3 and you can play this game free flowingly in single player or multiplayer mode with a smile on your face!

Good graphics, very good gameplay and it seems to have a long life. The mini games are also very fun in multiplayer mode and single player (for a while!).

The career mode is ok, it's a bit of a slow one with the mini games taking up most of it, but they become a bit tedious when you have to play them continuously.

The lack of players is also very noticeable. When you compete in your first tournament and beat Roddick and Federer with ease you wonder why they haven't made some players up for the lower tournaments!

Injuries? Why have they included injuries? Worst thing in the game! Go on to win a tournament to find you have to click x 12 times to get to the next week available, a pointless add on.

The major disapointment obviously is no online play. If there was online play this would be a 5 star game.

If you like playing mates or just generally like a game where you can pick it up and play it with ease, get this! One of my must have games.

The first thing that strikes you is the graphics you can not fault the game for that at all. However when creating a player your left with minimal choices (infact you can't even change your hair once your've started your career). As for the game itself well its ok to play if you waiting fro something to come on the Tele within half hour as its a very pick up and play. The career lasts for 20yrs but I doubt anyone would really want to play a career for that long as once reaching number 1 they really is no challenge and getting to number 1 really isn't that difficult. The matches are over very quick and theres no real suspense or excitement like you get with real tennis. A shame as what looks like a great game actually isn't. Still at least I have one for a trade in at a later date.

  Love it!

Love this game, great multiplayer with your mates! Shame there's no online feature. Shame about the terrible music and shame about the blister on my hand from playing it too much!
