Assassin's Creed is set in 1191 AD, when the Third Crusade was tearing the Holy Land apart. Shrouded in secrecy and feared for their ruthlessness, the Assassins intend to stop the hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict. Players, assuming the role of the main character Altair, will have the power to throw their immediate environment into chaos and to shape events during this pivotal moment in history.
Assassin's Creed merges technology, game design, theme, and emotions into a world where you instigate chaos and become a vulnerable, yet powerful, agent of change.

I thought that the game was good for the graphics and general gameplay, however I think that the story line being set in 2012 was a bit of a disapointment, but it managed to work in the end. The dialogue used is repetitive and load enough to be heard from about eight or nine houses away. Also I think that the game was a little to rushed since the game crashes at points were you are about to win a fight, or when its about to save, I think to truly enjoy the game you would need a great level of patience. In conclusion I would love to see another Assassin's Creed game just to find out what happens after Desmond completes the final memory block.
