Review games not demo's or betas...

I have just completed this game and have to say it is absolutely superb, graphically it's up there with the best with incredibly detailed environmets and character models, sound is fantastic and if at all possible you should play through a surround sound system or headphones, some of the effects used are jump out of your seat scary. Luckily the game is also great fun to play (as was the first Dead Space title) stomping necromorphs never gets boring and the upgrading is both interal to the game and fun to do. It is longer than the first game but maybe slightly easier to play and the only criticism I could make is that they have not included any big bosses to finish off but that is a small gripe as overall this game is a contender for game of the year, The extraction game is also fun but by no means essential. Buy ithis title, you wil not be dissapointed...

Top 100 Electronics Reviewer

While I had just finished Alien Breed: Impact I came across the demo for download & thought I play that straight away. The graphics, movement & the brightness settings are spot on more than the first one. What's good you don't get bored I would however say link a PS3 up to a 5.1 surround system to get the perfect perfection of the sound, It will get you more on your seat playing it.

What Play.com have done which is great pre-ordering this you get Dead Space: Extraction (Other shops only give you the game Dead Space: Ignition not Extraction, pre-order with play, a far better deal) I wish now however I didn't buy Extraction for the Wii since this is now converted into HD. Please note you can use either a controller OR move controller to play this.

For now I'm finishing Alien Breed 2: Assault, but once this is delivered it's gonna be the only game to play not COD. : )

 JUMP? yes you will

This game is awesome, great graphics and brilliant gameplay, the game is long and never gets boring. The game is much smoother than the first and the zero g parts of the game are excellent, i would highly recommend this game for anyone wanting to see the power of the ps3
