After a 10 year wait Marvel vs Capcom 3 is now available. This game features several characters you've seen in previous installments and characters you never thought would appear in a video game. First the pros

New Marvel vs Capcom on a next gen system
Great graphics
Fun to play
Accessable by anyone from the hardcore gamer to a casual gamer (and this one was done very well in my opinion)
Online play is the smoothest I've seen of any game recently

Not a lot of online features
Few offline options
Few classic Marvel and Capcom characters

Overall this game is really great and I recommend it to anyone that enjoys a good fighting game. Now I do want to mention one thing I've heard complaints about. Many people complained about the number of characters - this one has 36 and Marvel vs Capcom 2 had 56. This is true but if any of you have played MvC2 then you should know the characters were very much a cut and paste into the second game this time around each character was given special treatment and made from the ground up. Plus there will be DLC so in the end there might be more characters on here anyway.

It's very fun to play but I do wish there would've been more modes to play. It's definitely a worthy sequel of Marvel vs Capcom 2. So if you don't have it yet you should go out and buy it!!!!

Also it's worth mentioning that we'll be getting a few fighting games this year like next month's release of Mortal Kombat and then the Tekken X Street Fighter and Street Fighter X Tekken - plus the Arcade Edition of Super Street Fighter IV and possibly a Tekken Teag Tournament 2. I would advise you to play this until any of those games mentioned are released.

 Absolutely beautiful

What a fantastic game! Graphics and gameplay to die for.
The characters and their moves are stunning and the 3d models are perfect. Favourite character is obviously spider man but Captain America and Wesker are mint. Simple and sophisticated controls make it easier to play than streetfighter but if you are a pro - controls become harder. Buy it. My favourite game above mass effect and dead space 2 for sheer brilliance. Well done capcom

Don't listen to the poor review from the other guy, who clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. It's very easy to approach and play for casuals and hard to master for the hardcore. Button mashers will be made to look like beat em up masters with the extravagent moves you can pull off all with a couple of button presses. Great graphics, great fun, great online, A few more characters wouldv'e been nice but there enough in here to keep it interesting. Don't hesitate in buying it.

Play have been ridiculously slow getting my game to me but i have played it round a friends house all day..and all night

MVC 3 lives up to its predecessors' fast frantic fun with loads of crazy moves and crazy characters, the graphics are gorgeous and the new style fits the game perfectly, the game does lack a few features however It encourages you more to play online and get stuck in with what makes fighting games so much fun, playing with friends and people all over the world relatively lag free.

If you love marvel and capcom, love a fast frantic easy to play fighting game that caters for every ones ability then you will be right at home with this FANTASTIC Sequel, Buy it its definitely one for the collection guys.

This game is astounding ! the movement of characters if flawless. the controls are amazingly easy to pick up ! trophies are challenging but at the same time easy to obtain. graphics are immense compared to most fighting games ! and as im playing on a 37'' HD tv, im mightily impressed ! hours of fun off and on line ! i do however recommend a few weeks before buying as prices are sure to drop ! enjoy and have fun
