After a number of reviews I wasn't expecting much from Bloodstone but picked it up cheap on Play.com and have always liked the idea of Bond games.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and well ok the game is rather short but the missions are enjoyable and there is some variety. There is also some replay value with the number of trophies to collect.

Brilllant game but last level boss

The last level boss is such intense fire you need to take shots to survive them,i know i got to the lift and still ended up dead so i guess its a matter of luck to some degree even if you are good

  A mustAAAAA

This game as good as 007 geldeneye's release on the N64

obviously the graphics are out of this world. A buyer for anyone who enjoys games like "Uncharted" etc. with so much things to do like excellent explosives, grinding graphics and all in all the voice overs. The only pessimistic thing i should mention about the game is the controls can sometimes be a bit sticky in other words I think there's alot more they could of done for a more realistic feel

all in all a definate buyer ++++++++++++++

  Good game

Being a 007 fan i bought this game, and i do not regret it. The graphics are good and the story is well planned out. Multiplayer is also enjoyable, but i would have wanted a split screen feature like that of goldeneye. On the whole, not a bad game but not amazing.

  solid bond

Right lets get things clear from the start this is not the best fps in the world.
But what it is, is a very good solid well put together game in the past some of the bond games have shall we say been a bit substandard.
But with Blood Stone you get a good well thought out game
In typical bond style it you travel to multiple locations around the world completing missions which are varied from driving to sneaking around.
There are some good set peices and some of the unarmed combat takedowns are what you would expect from bond.
Ok so the game itself well will admit its varied there are some lovely laid out levels with stunning graphics and there are some levels that well lets just say some more time could have been put into there layouts.
The game play is slick and the story will keep you hooked the game play is good and there are some handy side missions like picking up intel as you go through
All in all a good solid game which will keep you entertained

I was actually a game tester on this game. As what is being mentioned it is a bit short. I saw the game unfinished but even then the game looked fantastic. The multiplayer is brilliant and the story is great too. Im just commenting because I want people to buy it because I game tested it, and yeah i;m buzzing about it!

  Ok - Nothing special

Ok... I may be judging this by high standards as I've spent the last month on Red Dead Redemption (a nearly perfect game)...

But this Bond title was pretty drab by comparison. The enemies are very easy to take down. Lots of walking down empty corridors early on in the game. The story is typical Bond. The cut scenes are pretty good (not as detailed as RDR, but ok).

It's just a little formulaic.

It does somehow seem to get better as you progress. The graphics range from ok, to pretty good. The graphics on the driving levels are excellent.

Overall, it just felt a bit "meh" to me. Doubt I'll be going back to hunt trophies once I've gotten to the end. Not tried multiplayer yet.

Good value for 12.99 though, and I'll be interested to see the next Bond title.
