All of the DLC promised in the product has expired because EA decided to use a redeem code feature instead of including all DLC on one disc. What is worse is that they put an expiry date and one use policy on the codes and they have now all expired, so you will be wasting your money if you purchase this product courtesy of EA's back handed business tactic.

When I first bought this game, I wasn't expecting much, but the game totally blew my mind! I loved the story, the characters, the choices!! The graphics and combat are excellent, the sound is great, and the history is the best!

  ultimate edition, no DLCs??

Dragon Age is by far one of the most incredible games I've ever played. And when I found out about this compilation I was thrilled and of course I bought it.But I'm new to this DLC stuff and I can't seem to find the expansion packs. Are they in the disk with the game or on separate disks? How or what do I need to do to play the expansions?

I love RPGs and this is definitely one of the best I've ever played. A true successor to Baldur's Gate and as immersive as Final Fantasy 7 was in its day.

You can replay it endless times given the ability to play the different origins and the different character types. I had over a hundred hours on the main game including the DLC you play as part of it.
Then you've all the stand alone DLC. It's truly epic and for nothing at the current price.

The decisions you make affect how the story develops - it's just brilliant.

When you buy it, you'll be able to access most of the DLC in game once you reach a certain point. Leliana's song can be played before or after the main game (after is best in my opinion) and The Darkspawnn Chronicles should be played after you've beaten the game. The others are best played in the following order: Awakenings, Golems... and finally Witch Hunt. You can import your character into these 3 or start afresh.

If you get to bed by 2 you'll be doing well :-)

  Great game. Note about DLC.

For all those that have done any research on this game know already how good it is. Some have even stated it's better than the 2nd one!
Creators Bioware from Mass Effect and Baldour's Gate took care of this so you know it's a great game.
If you like a good action-RPG focused on the times of mages, elves, dwarves and of course dragons you'll enjoy this alot.
It also has vast options when it comes to choosing dialogue and what you say or do effects the storyline. It's got character creation and customization, upgrades, tons of skills and talents and other cool stuff. Really good voice acting and music. Just buy it already. It's worth every penny.

A lot of people have stated that this one DLC is missing and it's true. One DLC is put on disc twice by mistake and so this one is missing. The good news is you don't need to contact EA anymore because there is a code inside the box already so you can download the missing content :) That's right. So technically you got everything in one box.

Probably one of the best RPGs I've ever played

I lost count of how many times I've replayed this game as a new character and class. It's truely epic and Origins alone has about 50+ hrs play time and then you add on the Awakenings expansion which is about another 30+ hrs on top!

Origins plot is very Lord of the Rings, you have to unite several different armies to take on the Dark Spawn and save the world. Although that's not a bad thing and the story in this game is fantastic. With all the DLC added onto this game I'd say it probably even surpasses Oblivion as a great RPG. Although I'd recommend avoiding the Witch Hunt and Dark Spawn Chronicles DLC unless they're really cheap now as I thought they were too short and pointless to justify paying full price for when they came out. Not sure if they're cheaper now.

At 17.99 this is definitely worth investing in as you get 2 games that have huge amounts of replay value and keep you entertained for along time. Bargain

  Good game

I have the same problem with the DLC it all downloaded ok but there are no redeem codes with the game....unless I'm blind, otherwise it's a good long game with lots to do.

EA redeemed themselves by sending the missing DLC codes to me via email in quick time.

just bought this and installed all content on the disc, "Return to Ostagar" is not installed because it does not exist, the stone prisoner is on the disc twice and one of them has been named "Return to Ostagar" to download this you will need to contact EA customer services, this is a known problem with the European version of this game. other than that the game is great and worth the 17.99 on play.

i bought the normal edition as i found it cheap just to test and ended up buying this one as well. the game play is great you have a lot of decisions to make throughout the game that effects the path your taken on. I really feel this game is one of the best i have ever seen i just cant get off it after completeing it twice !! The extra content with this game if bought seperatly would cost 30 pound plus dont wait just buy !!! you wont be disapointed.
