I have owned this game since launch almost 4 years ago & I can tell you that this was a break through in gaming when it came out & it can still easily compete with the newer games such as black ops even now.
Having own all the CoD & Battlefield games I can honestly say that this is still the best FPS ever made.
Story mode is excellent but where it really shines is on line.
With 20 maps (can't think of a bad one), great graphics, fantastic game play, no silly unrealistic perks & more importantly solid reliable servers it can not be faulted.
The only things I would change about this game are, there's no rumble in the joy pad (as it was released before the dual shock 3 came out) & clan team are not highlighted in blue, but these are very minor unimportant niggles, if you don't already own, you must!
This is in my opinion the best Call of Duty currently on sale. Online experience is basic but by far better than World at war and MW2. I have had this game since release and i'm still playing on it, says it all really.
The campaign is deep and alot of thought went into it. The story is exciting and offers quite a challenge on the higher difficulties.
If you haven't already. Buy it.
Amazing graphics and brilliant storyline to the campaign make this a game to definitely buy with an unlimited amount of kill streaks and unlockables you never run out of anything to do.
Single player - 10/10
Multiplayer - 10/10
Best call of duty ever made - World at war, Modern warfare 2 & Black ops just don't stand up to this masterpiece ! BUY IT NOW
still to this day just has somrthink about it ..gameplay...guns...maps..ranking up....had this game for years now and still play it ......its the best online fsp of all time so far ....XxthejjxX
