Warriors Orochi 3

With all characters from Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends and Samurai Warriors 3 Z, not released in the west, and a host of other characters, this game has 120 plus playable characters in it.

Those who had similar movesets, like Liu Shan and other rapier users Sima Shi and Yuan Shao, now have slight variations made to the moveset to make the more unique.

There is one story, which has many stages to it. Most characters have there own shining moment within the story, be it in the main story or the several side stories which are going on. You also travel back in time to change the past, sometimes even unlocking "Redux" versions of previously completed levels.

This game takes the best parts from DW7XL and SW3Z. The visual style from DW7XL, and a third bar, the Spirit Gauge from SW3Z modified to a normal bar, which allows Triple Team Attack.

Recommend for all fans of the series, you will seriously love this game!

Well worth every penny, this latest edition to Koei's hack-n-slash franchise presents you with a dramtic conclusion to it's original story line in the Warriors Orochi universe. While the dialog of the game is entirely Japanese there are subtitles to keep you informed throughout the game. Combat has improved from its predecesor, a new character type, Wonder, means that pervious character's types have been shuffeled leading to a new experience with veteran warriors. In addition, a true tripple musou attack can now be performed as well as your team mates intervining in combat should you get attacked, providing that your bond with them is sufficient. TecmoKoei crossovers make a welcome edition with characters such as Ryu staring in stages specifically altered to suit their homeworld/time. With over 120 playable characters you really are spoilt for choice!

With DLC support in the future and plenty of trophies/achivements, Warriors Orochi 3 is a welcom edition to any Koei fanboy's collection as well as a good place to start for newcomers.

Ok cons first, at first i felt ripped off because all the in game story and speaking is not english, its chinese so i hope some patch comes out soon to fix this, the other things that i still dont like as much is 3 characters to choose from, yes lots of characters to choose from but to many in my mind, but i do love the extras they added in such as joan of arc from bladestorm and Ryu Hayabusa of ninja gaiden.
Pros, i actually get the epic feel, like saving all the warriors etc, and fighting unknown enemy's, maps are exciting, but most of all the amount of enemy's can be unreal at times, i love it, getting always over 1k - 4k nearly every level.
So if your a fan of samurai warriors, dynasty or even troy game, ii suggest getting this unless your not into another language story telling and sayings, but its not so bad once you get used to it.
