Great story for fans and newcomers alike

This RPG game has a great source to pull material from and George RR Martin's Game of Thrones is just that. The story in the Game runs parallel to that in the book and the characters that surround are very familiar. The two main characters that you follow and control are new to us though and with it they bring their own intertwined stories played out in these troubled times. This is the heart of the gameplay.
The command based combat mode takes a while to warm to and the graphics are a little rough around the edges, all signs of the games quick development. This game manages to get passed those bad points with its compelling story and survives the TV/film to game genre that so many fail in.

Do not be tempted to buy this game on the back of the series. It is terrible and a total let down I paid 33 quid for the game on release and lost all interest after in less than half an hour. Graphics are poor and the character is frustratingly unresponsive.

this is a very poor game to tell the truth
but the storys are very very good
and i can understand why others left one and two stars
but i managed to buy the game for 15pounds so add a star
under 20pounds 3 stars above 20pounds 2 stars
there are a lot better games out there
but to be fair there are worse games out there aswell
hope this helps

  Poor Effort

I bought this game and played 10 minutes of it, I felt robbed. I love a song of ice and fire series, and was expecting big things from this, however it is obvious they have quickly put something together to tie-in with the series to make money. Graphics are shocking, early ps2 at best, glitches occur, and voice acting is awful, with mouths moving out of sync with speech. The fighting system is terrible, with no direct control over the character. This game is so poor i'd give it 0 stars if it was possible.

This game falls short of what you would expect from a game coming out in the 21st century. The graphics are rubbish to say the least, the glitches are ridiculous i saw a crow perched on mid air. And the voice acting isn't even in time how this game has been released in such a terrible state i don't understand. From the case you expect a Assasins Creed or Skyrim style game what you get is nothing close. Now for the physical side the fighting is completely ridiculous ive seen PS One games with better physics. The only reason for two stars is based upon it being a new game company which saves one star as they are clearly not experienced yet. and the second is because the story kind of saves it notice i say kind of its still very linear and doesn't have much emotion. So basically a game which falls short. It has one good point and even that isn't anything amazing.
