Oh Dear. I absolutely hate frustration in games and this has it all a plenty...Story seems ok but i'm afraid the fighting system is appalling. Batman:Arkham City it aint. You find yourself surrounded by thugs and all you can do is manically mash the 'square' button (sometimes even keeping it held to execute a heavier attack), but most of the time you can't generate a rhythm cos you're constantly being hit from behind. You can 'counter' with 'triangle' but that can be inconsistent. You're then left standing for a couple of seconds not being able to do anything....Why is it that game developers make games that aren't fun anymore; they seem to want to make them more about their own perception of realism rather than allow the balance of difficulty to be slightly in the gamers favour...
Thank God for trade-in..
i have to disagree and say i found this game better than GTA. the only thing i didnt like was the fact i found it too short (the main story), as it only took me around 2 days to complete the main story. but there are plenty of side missions for you to do and you can even sing karaoke.
and i think the best part for me is the fighting. this game is definately worth buying.
