DOTD is a great game, even though it has some flaws, the scenery is really beautiful but on the cinematics I was very dissappointed, for a game that could afford such a voice star which was Elijah Wood and others the graphics in certain points of the game was appauling.
The gameplay itself is great, I played the Co-Op with my sister who is 10. Although the game can have a few minor issues where your completely lost in the game on what you have to do and theres no help at all only pure luck or such use of internet (like I had to at a stage).
The Co-Op is really fun but can be extremely annoying at times as your both on 1 screen, and can only go so far away from each other and can cause alot of grief when your at a boss stage and you end up taking the pain because your partners attempting to flee from the boss's attack and pulls you instead towards the boss's attack taking the pain. I managed to get through it but some gamers may get stuck.
The game could have been alot better also if it was longer, it took me under 6hours to complete this including the hour or so which I was stuck completely and including breaks etc etc. So I was dissappointed, for the price it's really up to you, only really buy if your a true fan of Spyro otherwise theres other great games out there with better play ability.
Graphics- 6/10 Doesn't live up to the standard of todays gaming
Voice Acting- 9/10 Great jokes at times (sparx)
Gameplay-7/10 Fun but repetitive and short
Co-Op- 8.5/10 Very good although few flaws such as flying and with bosses when you need to move around can be tedious.
Price- 7/10 (don't really think £25 is worth this, it's worth much less)
Overall- Game was a good 'go' but didn't last long, was more agro and not enough fun, even at a expert gamer I had trouble and no doubt younger ones will. But there is fun to be found in the mildy gloomy game.
