This is a game wich doesnt push the ps3 to the limit of its potential, but offers very good gameplay, and very satisfied when at the end of the online match, you and your team are boo'ing to the loosing team, ive been on the losing team more than winning, (i am a new comer to the SOCOM franchise ) and i must say, offers no practice, no bot mode matches to get used to the large maps and difficulty,

You have been warned.

Think tactical
Think Socom.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Quite Addictive

i had no idea what SOCOM was untill i bought it, My mates had said, Yeah get it its good. So i got it without looking at the box and i expected Single player with a good online. I was wrong. No single player, after you get over that fact you find out its really a good game. It either takes really long or a really short amount of time to get onto the main screen but its all worth it once your online and playing with your mates in a clan, as i said addictive. Customisable characters and weopons is pretty immpressive and your constantly swapping gun to find that perfect match. Maps are decent, good mix of large and small.
Now some bad points.

The game modes can get boring especcialy if you get killed straight away.
Laggy in big games

And thats it.
The only real way of playing this is working together with your team, Headset is a good idea but you dont always have to have it.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars amazingly good!!

dont listen to those bad reviews. this is a game with very good graphics once you've got the hd on and is one of the best shooters out scince call of duty 4, im not saying its the best but certainley a contender. it does however take time to get used to the controls and can be hard to play at the sart but when u get good at it, its a very good game. the only downside to this game is that it has no multiplayer but it makes up 4 it by being brilliant online u never find yourself struggling to find a game and the 32 player battles are great. there is also a great variety of game modes and customisation on your character and weapons
