The main thing about this game that is better are the controls. Anybody can grab the controller and perform suplexes or superstar finishers. WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 is around the corner so I expect that game to be awesome as well. If you want to get this game for the lower price at this time I highly recommend. You will be amazed by the various match types, numerous superstar selection to choose from, the realistic graphics and great overall gameplay.
This is a good game and will satisfy the demands of wrestling fans around the world. As well as the yearly roster update the inclusion of the inferno match and improved tag team matches are welcome updates and help to improve the experience. I was dissapointed by the lack of General Manager mode which was my favourite mode in years gone by. The addition of the road to wrestlemania which allows you to wrestle as current WWE superstars in well put together storylines is a good addition to the feature list.
I would recommend this game to any WWE fans but any expecting major changes might be disspointed!
This is no real improvement on the 2008 version. While he gameplay is good I finished all 4 story modes with a few hours spent on each. THQ seem very lazy as in each story mode you fight the same few wrestlers repeatly. With the many superstars in the WWE you think they could of added a few more, or made the story last 2 or 3 season instead of one
I got this on play trade for about €25 and even at that I thought it wasn't really value for money. If you can get the game for less then €20 then maybe its worth it. But I would advise only renting this game for a few night its should take much more to finish it
