Ice Age 3: Dawn Of The Dinosaurs

I wanted to get this when the film first came out cos I love the movie, but it was so expensive but now I've seen it fr a bargain on here, I just had to get it as I've heard the trophies are easy to get as well but I'm finding it quite hard as someone else has said the challenges are rather difficult as you have to do things under a certain amount of time :/
You get to play as all the characters such as Buck, Diego, Sid, Manny, Scrat and even Scratte! It kind of reminds me of Ratchet & Clank when you play as Buck because you get to grind on things, swing with a slingshot and have a different amount of weapons (for those of you who have played R&C you would know!) But he's the best character to play as :)
I'm sure I'll Platinum it though, just takes time, patience and practise!
A must buy for any Ice Age (or Buck!) fans! :D

This is a rarity among games based on movies: it's good and thoroughly enjoyable. Just the right level of difficulty for a game that will suit most, the developer has actually put some thought into the design and gameplay (I'm looking at you, Up and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs). The story is relatively easy to beat but the challenge is sufficiently weighted so that is does not feel boring.

The mini-games provide a harder challenge if you want the accompanying trophies, which brings me to a nice bonus: a Platinum trophy difficulty rating of no more than 3/10. ;o)

When I brought this game last year I was merely hoping for an easy plat and the chance to indulge in the world of Ice Age. I was very pleasantly suprised by how much I enjoyed this game.

Yes it was very short; I got the platinum trophy in 2 days and never played it again. But the graphics were nice and smooth, it was pretty fun and I cant bring myself to give it 3 stars, even if that is what it probably deserves.

Overall, it's not the epitome of gaming, rather a fun, if short blast of pure, simplistic fun.
