I've been really looking forward to the release of the game and got it the other day from Play, at first it's frustrating the car seems a little uncontrollable, even in a straight line it's awkward but once you get use to it it's a good game. Some F1 fans will really like it and some won't, for me there's no replay features, no safety car features and the commentary is also a little off putting, which is a shame. For the next instalment of the game it wouldn't be a bad idea if the makers, producers could work with F1 and it's fans to improve it. Overall I'm pleased that the game is part of my Wii game collection, so if you're an F1 fan I'd say give it a go!

                   Amazing game must buy

i am 12 and bought this game yesterday
after a struggle at first steering and speed
i have now managed to win 3 grand prixs and 2 pole positions
overall i think this game is an excellent use of money and is a must buy :)

                   awesome

it has to be the best and fun driving game out and the graphics arn't that bad. the steering is sensitive but you get used to it as you play the game. its a must buy!!

                   Great fun

This game is really good fun, I started off playing it with my brother on 2 player. It was easy to get the hang of for me, mainly because i have been playing racing games since the first playstation. My brother still can't get the hang of it. The reason i gave it a 4 star is because the gameplay is way to easy, and unrealistic. I tried it on hard with a couple of driving aids on but this became to easy and i was lapping 3 seconds a lap faster. So i turned all the aids off. Although there is some slight faults e.g when you break you almost always lock up. I still won my first ever race on career, lapping about a second a lap quicker on average. I decided not to use KERS i think it just ruioned it. But the Wii wasn't made to be realistic anyway, and this is why its not a lower rating. I would recommend this game but if you wont be able to get it until later this year i'd just wait until it comes out on the PS3 or Xbox.

                   Very Good

I have to say Im an F1 fan, so I guess Im biased.

I found the steering ok, especially in the view that just shows the
track and no car, the wheel was very responsive and you are able
                  to pull fast turns.

Yes, the options the reviewer mentioned above are absent but its
still enjoyable game. All the usual driver aids are there, plus the
09 season of teams and drivers. Any future games probably wont
have pit stops in the same way again, ie choosing your Tyre and
fuel strategy, as theres no refueling in the 2010 season. I didnt
find the commentry off putting, and it did a reasonably good job of
telling if you are catching the car in front. Theres no Murray
Walker type commentary, just a voice telling you if you are
catching the car in front, or if the car behind is catching you, when
pitstops are due, or if you do slow or fast sectors.

All in all a good current formula 1 racing game, and there aren't
many of those on the market on any platform.
