I bought this game for my Mrs (slightly mis-guided Christmas present but with good intent) as she does like these fitness-type games.
After over indulging at Christmas I decided to give it a whirl the other night and I've got to say i was extremely impressed. We've also got a Wii fit but the biggest difference is the camera watching you as you're exercising. It really does motivate you to keep doing the exercises properly (particularly if you're competitive like me).
I was toning my abs and did some cardio work and I enjoyed it and felt like I got a good work out out of it.
Definitely worth a look.
Amazing game! I bought this after seeing an advert on the tv and can say I am very impressed! It really motivates you to get up and get moving with watching yourself, and the game also tells you exactly when your doing it right or wrong, there is a wide range of exercises to do and you can pick an area to work on. I would recommend this to people of any fitness level that want to get fit and have fun!
Bought this keep fit game after reading the reviews on play.com, and have enjoyed it very much. The coach is encouraging. I like that you can choose your own plan and what part of your body to work on. I have since bought another one for my friend. A good game and i feel that it is personalised to my abilities. Would reccommend. So far i have done 16 workouts, so game has well paid for itself instead of running to the gym!
I bought this after trying out the wii fit plus and it does really make a difference when you want to take excercising to the next level, especially with the camera that corrects you when you do something wrong.
Excellent excersing also for someone who has not time or does not fancy going to the gym.
Highly motivating!
I think this is fantastic i normally get bored doing exercise, iv brought all sorts of stuff in past but this is the 1 for me, easy to burn cals u get to choose what ya wanna work on and if ya dont wanna listen to the music or beat from the wii then jus put on ya own music n jus go along to that, its also great with the fact that its motion cos u cant jus think ill stop for a minute cos it can see ya so tells u to carry on. I LOVE THIS.. x
