My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout (Wii Fit Balance Board Compatible)

Well, Ive played them all so far and this one is really a CARDIO workout - absolutely wringing at the end - make sure you have a pitcher of water while you workout - burns calories like gasoline on a bonfire ! Ached after a couple of days working out - cant say that for the others - Now if it would only weigh you and track your weight over time ;) Shame its so BOXING orientated, but the boxing workouts are EXCELLENT and keep you moving - worth every single penny.

I'm not into the gym but wanted to do something to keep me fit. I enjoyed doing the boxing on Wii Fit, and after reading what this workout was about, decided to buy it. All I can say is, personally, its the best £12 I have ever spent. From being a bit of a couch potato, I now have to do this workout every day. After every workout, I sweat more and feel that I have worked parts of my body, that I never knew existed! I love the fact that its all based about boxing and also find it comes in handy, as a good way of releasing all your built up stress and frustration through the day. I have to admit, after a workout, I also find that I feel much calmer in myself. I have recommended it to friends and work colleagues, who have then bought it and are of the same opinion. I would, without hesitation recommend this.

this is brilliant cant recommend it enough as well as a healthy diet this last year helped me lose nearly 3 stone and 24inches all over my body went to put it back on yesterday to lose my few xmas lbs and disk broke so have come on to buy again that in itself should show how good it is...ive tried loads of dvds and other fitness wii games but this is the best :)

I go running three times a week and wanted something to do inbetween. I sweat more doing this than running, it's fab! I used to go boxing classes and this definitely matches for intensity. It's quite addictive as well as the more you do the more activities you unlock! Would highly recomend for weight loss!

While I agree with previous reviews that the images on the cover dont match the actual content I love this game! It's totally addictive. As I love boxing based routines this is perfect for me. I'm quiet active, going to the gym 3 or 4 times per week, so I wasnt expecting to get too much of a work out from this but I was sweating buckets and my arms were aching after my first session. I've been doing 45min sessions every other evening but find it difficult not to do it every day! I would recommend this to anyone.
