Obscure II is the sequel to the acclaimed survival horror game Obscure. Two years ago, at Leafmore High, a group of young teenagers were trapped inside their school and hunted by monsters that had been released by the maniac headmaster. Some of them survived that terrible night, while others perished. Now, the survivors have picked up their lives and joined college.

But all is not right on Fallcreek University; strange black flowers have suddenly sprung up everywhere on the campus. While experimenting with these flowers in class, a dangerous substance is discovered that induces strange but vivid dreams. But a handful of students find out that there is more to the flowers than anyone could have expected; when the seeds finally germinate, a bad trip suddenly turns into a horrible reality...

Started to play it just a week ago and I must say I enjoy it a lot, you can easily play this without ever having played the first one! easy to control the characters and there's 4 of them paired in two teams, so it's even more fun because you do different things and not always the same things. Two people can play together considering the teams are of two people, they can join in whenever they like, or you can play alone and switch between the characters of the team you're playing with! I'm very happy with this game and I'm glad I bought it, it's fun and scary too!!!
A tip....if you're easily scared put the sound down and don't play at night with lights switched off!!!
    Very happy indeed!!!!

This is a very good survival horror game, the controls are a bit annoying to start with but you get used to them. You can play with 2 people, which can be awkward as either player can move the camera at anytime which can be frustrating and at some points you can't see infront of you so you can't see any monsters coming for you. In the first game you could choose which characters survived say if one of the people you were controlling died you had the choice to either carry on or reload and let them survive, but in this sequel the survivors are already planned out and you have no control over who lives or dies. It's not very long but it has a good story and follows on from the first game but you don't need to have played the first game to understand what's going on. There are a few cheesy lines but that all adds to the fun of it along with small puzzles to figure out and lockpicking which can be difficult with the wiimote as you have to push it forward and sometimes you end up not being able to extend your arm any further. This game has a brilliant soundtrack and is definitely one to add to the collection :)

By the way, there is a bit more gameplay after the credits so don't just turn off your wii.
