Written by Agatha Christie, the world's best-known mystery author and Queen of Crime, this classic story is brought to a new generation on the Nintendo Wii. Appealing to a broad audience, this platform opens the door for adventure games on console.

Using the Wii's original Wii Remote controller, gameplay in traditional PC adventure games can be taken to a whole new level of interactivity. For instance, players will have the freedom to control their character's actions, such as using a digging motion to unearth clues, or spinning the handle of a safe using the Wiimote; and the introduction of timed puzzles where, for example, players must race up a set of stairs from a boat docked below.

The storyline revolves around ten people, all strangers to each other, who are invited to a lavish estate on an isolated island. Through a recording, their mysterious host accuses each of his 'guests' of murder and proceeds to exact justice by becoming judge, jury and executioner... The tension mounts and dark secrets are revealed as one-by-one the number of guests systematically dwindles according to the ingenious plan of the unseen killer.
  • Use the Wii Remote to collect and combine clues to help your investigation and solve the killer's enigmas
  • Breathtaking third-person graphics that truly emerge the player into this thrilling mystery
  • Acquaint yourself with more than 10 characters revealing each of their darkest secrets
  • Over 20 hours of engrossing gameplay that will keep you on the edge of your seat for hours
  • Enthralling new twists-and-turns where you control the unique multiple game endings

If you enjoy murder mystery games and trying to 'detect' who the murderer is then this game is for you! Not sure what the reviewers were expecting who gave it a bad review. This is one of the first 'point and click'games for the Wii and is great fun.

And Then There Were None - A Very Interesting Game...

Well i've had this game only a short time and already i am finding myself constantly thinking about when i will be able to continue the quest.
This games is truly excellent and really does keep you on the edge of your seat.
You play as character Marrocott who is a young man trying to prove his older brothers innocence for a crime which he did not commit.
There are 10 other characters as well as yourself. Each has their own story.
When all the characters are together for the first time on the island (which is where the game is set) we find out that not all is as it seems. Everyone of the characters seems to have had some involvement in a death of some sort (excluding yourself that is).
I gave this game 4 out of 5 only because the WII controls can be hard to use. For example their is part of the game that requires you to open an old fashion safe, and for this exercise you must turn the wii remote to the correct number. Extremly hard to do.
All in all an excellent game. Although it is a one player game try it out with two or more of you to make things more interesting.

 Not bad

Not a bad game if you like looking through door after door after door for a clue! bit long winded for me! so i got bored very quick!

This game is one of the worst ones i have ever played. The games consists mainly of puzzles, which at fist are ok, but after doin them 5000 times they are the most boring things. OK at first, unless u are a real fan stay clear.

 Very badly made

This is a wii-make of some old pc-game.
Nothing has been done to make the graphics up-to-date: it is only 4/3 format (no widescreen), low-detail characters, no shadows or light-effects. The background images have far too few layers, so characters often appear infront of object that they are actually supposed to be behind. You need to go back to the early 90' to find equally ugly games.
The cut-scenes are just badly made: low frame-rate, low detail and even obvious grahcic errors are seen in some scenes.
The animations are very simple and jerk every time they are changed or reset (no blending).
The interface is very non-intuitive as buttons give no inducation what they are for.
The game-play is for the most part missing. I have played the game for 3-4 hours now (the first couple of chapters) and there has not been a single puzzle. The only thing I can do is run around stealing stuff from people and hope that I at some point trigger a cut-scene that will bring me to the next chapter.
The voice-over is ok, and Agatha Christie is a cool IP, but otherwise it's difficulty to say anything positive about this game.
-Oh, the cover of the casing is also nice - that was why I bought the game... I guess I should have read a review first :)
