I brought this just after christmas, and have so far been impressed.
There are hundreds of exercises to choose from.
It's recommended on having certain equipment, such as ankle and wrist weights, an exercise ball and a resistance band, although these aren't essential. (I have fallen in love with my resistance band!!)
You can go back and change your settings if you do decide to buy these in the future and they will then be added to your workout.
You can change the location of the workout, from the Maldives, to a forest, Central Park, an apartment, an infinity pool and more.
There are also challenges, I tried legs of steel today, and could definitely feel it!
You also have the option of creating your own workout and choosing which exercises you want to do, which equipment to use, how many reps and also how long you like to workout for.
After each workout you're asked whether it was too easy, too hard or just right and your workout will change accordingly.
When you start up the game you get to create a goal, such as toning your belly, bum and legs or fitting into a bikini in time for summer.
My one criticism was that I didn't like many of the recipies, but that's just me being fussy!
