Sega Bass Fishing is back and better than ever, returning with all-new intuitive controls which utilise both the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. This time round when players hook a big one, they can use the motion sensor as they wrestle to reel it in. With over 20 different types of lures to choose from, budding anglers can cast off using the Wii Remote to try and land one of four different types of freshwater bass. Sega Bass Fishing also offers players the freedom to select time-of-day and season during play which impacts the activity of the fish, their appetite, and their depth. Featuring 15 beautifully designed lake environments, Sega Bass Fishing also has four fun-filled game modes including Arcade, Tournament, Practice and Nature Trip.

Four fun-filled modes. Arcade, Tournament, Practice and Nature Trip modes.

15 stages. Find your favourite fishing spot in seven brand new stages created exclusively for the Wii, or re-live your glory fishing days in four classic arcade and four Dreamcast stages.

Four types of bass. Hook four breeds of bass: Florida Large Mouth, Red Eye, Small Mouth and Northern Spike Large Mouth.

Reinvention of a classic. This classic title first made a splash in the arcades and now the gameplay and graphics have been updated for the Wii.

Authentic simulated fishing experience. New features have been created to take full advantage of the Wii Remote, including driving the boat with the control stick and reeling in your fish with the motion sensor.

Variable conditions. A variety of seasonal conditions can vastly effect your fishing trip, with seasons, time of day and weather all playing a part.

           Not my cup of tea

If you like fishing, then dont buy this game. It is a true arcade game. If you want a couple of hours of shaking your arm about and hearing "STRIKE!!" then this might be for you. It didnt impress me though tbh. Saying that, this is an old arcade game, so i should have expected it.

Granted the graphics have not been up-dated, but why should they, they are just fine as they are. From the first fish i landed i was hooked (no pun intended). this is a really good game once you have masterd the controls. A true arcade classic in your front room for all the family to enjoy. great value for the price......

This was one game i was sorry to buy, It is absolute garbage, in this day in age we have been given a console that can deliver so much realisim in game play through the we remote, But in this day in age from PC to Wii they still can't invent as realistic fishing game, Why always lures no Baits..?, Always Bass nothing else, It's a stupid arcade game, Strike i tell you move your rod left please it's so lame and totaly off putting in a huge way, The close's game that came to giving you a decent fising expierence was Trophy Bass 4 for the PC loads of species, It's only let down was no baits, So get off your ase gaming nerds and desigen a proper fishing game, If your thinking of buying this this game, Then please dont.
