I follow the Fitness Programme and find the routines really intense. They give you a proper workout. There are weekly weigh ins and you can increase the intensity as you progress.
The only fault I can find with this game is that unless you are looking at the screen, sometimes it's hard to tell when to move on to the next exercise (especially on floor exercises). There is a noise, but it is very hard to hear.
I've been using my exercise bike for weeks doing between 10 & 20 miles a day and don't really ache the next day (probably using the same muscles over and over again) but it's the day after the 1st day of trying this game/fitness aid and I can hardly walk in the office today. I did a warm up, a 39 minute intermediate health session and then 2 challenges and a warm down (so about 90 minutes altogether) - I'm looking forward to doing it again and the only problem I see with it is being able to hog the T.V for an hour + each day (need to get another T.V in the house I think!) - looking forward to the results at the end of my 8 week plan (am toning rather than bulk weight loss so will be interesting to see if it works). Would recommend to those who are prepared to be pushed and prepared to put some sustained effort in. Format is great from what I've seen so far.
omg what a game,fantastic fitness game i prefer to use this to the wii fit as you get bored of there games,my musceles are aceing just after using it for 2 days. Once you've set you'r goal you can't change it so you have to stick to. I love the tv show and i like the trainers,the game is exactly like the game show where the trainersget to push you all the away. Once again fantastic game well worth the price hope they bring out the another one well done guys xx
