Alvin And The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel

A bit of a bore for adults after a couple of goes but a highly addictive game for a 3 year old (nearly 4) although disappointing as she's not strong enough to flick the remotes in the correct directions to get a high enough score to beat an adult even when they aren't trying.

The rules are you have to complete each song/dance in 3 stages (flicking the remote or nunchuk with the beat, moving both together from side to side to avoid the beat and up and down to catch stars) to get to the next town and open the next song but you can't select a from boys or girls as the songs are preset. DD really wanted to play as one of the Chipettes but we had to complete 3 stages before she could get to a song where she was able to do this. I suppose once we have completed all 25 stages she will have emence fun playing/dancing to the songs she wants to listen to.

Nice to see a game finally that she can attempt to play on her own (no buttons to press other than A to get it started). Everything (so far) has needed just the remote and nunchuk and just flicking it in the direction shown on screen.
