Great platformer - worthy of the great plumber himself

Play Mickey going to different worlds within a run down theme park to collect items and unlock lots of bonus content. Hours and hours of fun with this great looking and sounding its a real love letter to Disney that play brilliantly. The camera angles sometimes does cause problems with the platforming but this is very infrequent. Its an excellent story and a must have especially if you are going to buy Epic Mickey 2 - for the price tag of under ten pounds this is an essential buy.

Awesome platformer for people of all ages

I've always been a sucker for the concept of taking something childish and making it more bleak and even sinister. Well, the concept here is a bit milder but you know what I mean.

This game is simply fun. I won't go to details because there are other reviews and most of you probably know the idea behind this game. I'm just enjoying the game, even if it does repeat the same tasks over and over again. But there is always a prize at the end so it doesn't get old easily. Watch some videos of the game and if it seems interesting to you it probably won't disappoint you if you buy it.

The kids found the graphics to be very dark and the game boring and repetitious. I guess you really have to love Walt Disney to like this. In my opion only worth a fiver.

  Disney interactive at its best

This game is amazing. If you have ever been to Disney World you will recognise many of the "worlds". This game is set in the world that Disney forgot. All the cartoons that have been archived and forgotten about means there are loads of different things to see, do and meet. You use the power or paint and thinner to create a world full of colour or a world without. The aim of the game is to beat the inky bad guys and escape this distorted Disney world. The only downside is that you can not go between the levels like Mario Galaxy but this can be overlooked. Well worth a try if you like platforming and Disney. This is a vast improvement over any past Disney Interactive game you have played in the past.

gotta be honest when i first played this game i didnt really like it and wasnt blown away but i stuck with it and after an hours play i could see what all the fuss was about! something clicked inside as i felt myself slowly being dragged in and taken by this game lol.
it truly is very addictive and with a difficulty level thats just right from the off it draws you in even more! this game was custom built for wii so if you love your console and like games like mario galaxy this deffo has to belong in you collection. my advice? with amazingly easy to grasp gameplay awsome graphics and storyline and greatly designed levels buy it!... NOW! lol

Finished this game today after logging 25 hours play time, may be a bit slow to finish it but I loved every minute of it.
some bits really! tricky but others just need practice, just loaded for my second run through to get what i missed first time as it carries over anyting you collected to your next game after you complete it!
highly reccommended!

  Great alternative to Mario

If you've finished Super Mario Galaxy 1&2 and looking for similar games, Epic Mickey is the game. Whilst not quite on the level of Mario it still is a great game in it's own right. Definitely worth buying.

  Epic Game!

There's a reason it's called 'Epic Mickey' and that's because this game is truly epic! From the genuis that is, Warren Spector, comes a game of challenge, fun, and discovery. Explore new worlds, pass through Mickey's cartoons, and meet Oswald the lucky rabbit, the lost Disney character, back to triumph!
