As the title states, this is a bit of a throw back to old style platform games. It's a good adaption of 'The Brave And The Bold' cartoon, the animation is spot on. The game flows well with lots of nose to nose fights!
My two little uns (age 4 and 7) completed it within a couple of weeks, playing for an average of a couple of hours every other day. They both coped quite well with the controls, the younger just needing a bit of help every now and then. They enjoyed it and upon completion they started right back at the beginning again.
Paid 7.99 in January 2011 for it and it was well worth it, I would probably have been a bit miffed that they had completed it so quickly if I'd paid much more though!
My 8 yr old and I are loving playing the game and are losing hours at a stretch. However as he pointed out it is a 12 rating not a 7 as stated in the product description so parents who are keen to observe ratings need to be aware.
