Great Product, But Being Used For The Wrong Games

| | See all Colezy's reviews (4)

The wii sharp shooter is a good design and usefull game enhancer but reading from the other reviews its being used on the wrong types of games, the sharp shooter was designed for games such as, Resident evil 4 wii version and resident evil Umbrella cronicals which is to be released in november and is a time crisis/house of the dead type shooting game. its ment for games where there is 1 or no shaking movement needed of the wiimote or nunchuck. a product worth waiting for will be the wii zapper this will released at the same time as resident evil umbrella chronicals and would be a better investment then the sharp shooter.

 No real use for it

bought one for all the shooters on the wii, only to find that it feels alot more realistic in games holding the wiimote and nunchuck the normal way!
If the wiimote was used to aim like a gun it would be perfect, but as it registers as "fire from the hip" a gun addon doesnt really help. Good for a laugh but not much more.

 incredibly poor....

alright for now, as i does add some fun to games like resi 4 red steel...but with the officieal wii zapper coming out soon witch is jus like this but modeled after a machine gun or something, you should wait for the zapper.
many people think the is exxelent since is makes the remote look more like gun, but is it? no it's a stupid plastic frame and for the price it's like buying a sheet of paper for £50!

the remote seems to work fine withoput anything like this so there isn't rearrly no point,

and it looks rubbish.

 Quality... im not so sure?

The attatchment is very good especially for ghost squad, however the trigger on my one can get a bit sticky which results in my charcter getting killed. I would recomend this to anyone who has a use for it but, check its quality after a few days to make sure it isnt acting up.

 Improve your gameplay!

This Wii gun is an essential part of your gameplay if you really want to have fun with those shooting games on the Wii. I use it for all my shooting games (e.g House of the Dead, resident Evil). For those games where you need your Nunchuck you can plug it in and away you go. Makes it so much easier just pressing the trigger.
