If you like mario kart you will love this its simpler than mariokart but just as fun the controls are pretty easy to pick up and youve just gotta love all the crazy tracks! It does get harder as you go through the campionship or you can just choose single race or play multiplayer. Overall i would say for £10 you cant go wrong its great value for money and this would make a great christmas present. Seanb93

I thought I'd take a chance with Speed Racer as it was so cheap and I was pleasantly surprised.
Speed Racer is a racing game in the style of FZero or Wipeout. The tracks are colourful and twist all over the place, including upside down. There is also the opportunity to smash other cars off the track and form alliances. The turbo sees the track and world transform in to a weird rush of colours, some of the prettiest effects I've seen on the Wii.
The game isn't that hard to beat once you get used to shoving people off the track and using boost. However, that doesn't mean it's not fun.
Ultimately, the game is fun to play, easy to get to grips with and ideal for younger kids as well as adults who like their racing games a bit easier. At this price it's well worth picking up.
