Featuring 30 licensed tracks from today's hottest bands that can each be played in 5 different music genres (Rock, Country, Marching Band, Hip Hop and Ranchero) with 70 special weapons and attacks.
In each game, a song will be played in one genre for about 10 to 15 seconds and then another, flipping back and forth. Points are earned by beat-matching, and successive matches will automatically launch quirky weapons such as smoke bomb, land mine and flip out. The more points earned, the more the music will be played in the player's genre. The game can be played in versus mode, perfect for social and party game setting, or in adventure mode where player set out to battle bands of other genres one by one.

Extremely fun, slick little game.
It's pretty shallow for a full-price title...but for £4.99...the price of a magazine? It's incredible!
Great responsive controls, a nice learning curve, satisfying gameplay, genuinely amusing moments and a great selection of tunes.
As i said, it's a bit shallow but it's a brilliant party game or something to play when you have a spare half hour. Buy it.
Sleeper hit! at sub wiiware price!

Time to re-evaluate this title, the £5 pricepoint it's currently at is now in Wii-ware territory. If this came out as wiiware for 1000 points it'd be the buzz de jour. Its had a harsh ride judged alongside Rockband and Guitar Hero, but it's not trying to be that all encompassing music game.
What it is, is a pick up an play pile of fun, nothing more than two wiimotes and a willing accomplice, a few beers maybe, and you too could be enjoying hearing blitzkrieg bop played by a hillbilly outfit, or be serenaded by a mariachi band playing Insane in the Brain (while launching devious attacks on your opponents riffs)
The music choices are wideranging and quite good, only one or two plodders. Hearing them arranged in alternate styles is a joy. It could do with more polish, and clearer graphics, but does have a solid gameplay core, surely worth a punt as an non off-putting entry into rhythm games. Its a great laugh.
Best £4.99 i ever spent

The game had awesome controls. No stupid wireless guitar that makes the game £30 more just the wii remote. This is definitely a pick up and play game because i played it for 5 mins and was amazed.
Buy it for the price that they are selling it a play.com
