This game is brilliant for vallue, has awesome new features like the singers mouth moves to the song and more animation on the band, only let downs would be that there are less songs, and that the game does not include 'i dont want to miss a thing'
I dont know many of the songs on the game but i like because as of in guitar heroiii(3) you play the songs then find the ones you like .

Brill game buy it!

And no, in reply to above, this doesn't have the guitar with it cause it says solus.

It's quite good but I found it a lot harder than the other ones, not that many songs compared to GH3 and a lot of random ones. Only like 1 Areosmith one I actually knew. Which wasn't very good. Only get it if you totally love the GH series.

This game is very entertaining, however I've only given it 4 stars as younger people or people who don't have a great love of music aren't going to know a lot of the songs. Very hard to get used to if you have never played a guitar.

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars How can they be cheating THE FANS?

Even though I have not got the game (but am thinking about it hence the review) I cannot understand why people would moan about a game that is obviously about ONE topic - AEROSMITH!

Yes unless you are an Aerosmith fan then it might not appeal - but isn't that obvious giving the title of the game?

As for the comment of "cheating the fans" - if you are a FAN of the band then surely you would know more than 3 of their songs?

Guitar Hero Aerosmith is great , But it's just nothing like the others.
It only focuses on Aerosmith songs with a few from various artists .
There's no Unlock All Cheat , The biggest let down for me , so you have to work your ass off unlocking everything. Needs more songs in genral . Only good for the Experts

What a LET down, I only bought the Areosmith Guitar Hero on Wii for the main songs ie Crazy. Cryin, and Dont Wana Miss a Thing.
How can they cheat their fans and not put the songs that ''hello'' everyone knows and would enjoy playing.. talk about a ploy to get at your money.. Sort it out be more honest about the song list up front.. dont cheat the fans!..have some integrity or were you guys worried no one would actually buy it if they knew the truth!! NOT COOL!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars Highly recommended for HUGE Aerosmith fans.

Let's make one thing clear from the start - Guitar Hero : Legends of Rock is a superb game. Which means that this Aerosmith version will automatically be compared to it, which is a pity. I like Aerosmith, but unless you are a MAJOR fan, I think you'll find yourself easily bored with most of the tracks, and go back to playing Legends. Sure, it's good to be playing new songs (where's the downloadable content Nintendo??), but this doesn't have the same "just one more go" appeal. Is it because the songs are longer, and more technical than Legends? Has the fun factor therefore reduced? It does seem to be trickier than Legends - hammer ons and pull offs must be played precisely - which I think will give the game longevity should you persist with it, but will put most players off. I noticed other changes - I played straight through hard level (to hear all the songs) and finished it without achieving 5 stars on all the tracks, which unlocked a guitar. Where's the challenge in that? If it wasn't for Legends, this would be a must have. This is lacking the variety and fun.

Im a huge fan of the guitar heros and this one doesnt quite cut it like the others.
Following the sucess of guitar hero 3 i was looking forward to this as id pretty much done everything on guitar hero 3 and needed some new songs etc.
It took me about 2hours to complete, there are very little songs, something around 40 i think and you can complete the game very very quick.
I was hugely dissapointed with it not having my 2 favourite aerosmith songs on it (Crazy and Cryin') not only that but to get any gameplay out of it i had to put it on hard (usually medium is good for me) as its just too easy.
I guess it passed the time but isnt worth the money unless your a huge aerosmith fan (oh and some other random people as there are only 25 aerosmith songs on it).
