Naruto: Clash Of Ninja Revolution 2

Ah Naruto, a series that started off so well only to mess everything up after a simple time skip.
Thankfully this latest instalment of the "Western Only" Clash of Ninja Revolution series retains the good part of Naruto but don't be fooled by the cover, there is nothing much new in this version that you haven't played in the first game. Only extra ninja to play as and a new filler story.
The filler story is okay, something that Naruto has a lot of experience in. Actually the filler characters are pretty cool. My favourite being Towa the ANBU guy. But tell me if this is a good gameplay feature. I mean of course Substitution Jutsu. (Or Kawarimi no Jutsu if you really want it that way) The A.I. was programmed in such way that it keeps on using the technique every time it's hit and it gets rather annoying as their chakra seems to go up much faster than yours and this is on normal difficulty, not to mention some stupid challenges in which you must finish them off with your special move. This is especially annoying in the last fight of the story as the enemy doesn't sit still.
I still maintain my belief that this is a fans game. There is enough Naruto goodness in this for everyone to enjoy and the filler characters and story are acceptable for every Naruto fan's high standards. But as a game there is too much annoyance in regards to the bug ridden A.I. and unreasonable challenge requests.
