Fun on-rails shooting with an awesome b-movie twist

I play this with Nyko Perfect shot gun without the nunchuk and it rules. I actually like this better than Dead Space: Extraction.

It has the same The House Of The Dead feel from the 90's arcades but also something else. Awesome, enjoyable game. Cutscenes suck and it's quite easy but those are the only downsides I can come up with.

  Fun frantic gory action!

Really fun game, ridiculous zombie action, frantic reloading. The storyline is total grindhouse.

The official white handgun is well made and adds to the fun.

Well worth a look!

  Head blowing good

Good 70s style Zombie rail shooter... not too hard and better played on 2 player in my view, although not with young ones, the language is pretty regular but it is made as a B-movie and is to be expected, not much re-play value as its pretty easy to beat on any level, but enjoyable if you just want a Zombie head blowing game.

One of the worst house of the dead i've played so far, the storyline was terrible but it was truly hilarious, me and my friend couldn't stop laughing. At one point we spotted a mistake i mean did they even go through the game, the graphics were rubbish and so were the cutscenes.

  Excellent gameplay, terrible cut scenes

| | See all djmpaulc's reviews (5)

The gameplay is absolutely fantastic with hours of fun either on your own or with a friend; there are plenty of variations in enemy with enough fire power to get you through, if at times it is a little easy. Unfortunately for me, the cut scenes are terrible, one of the characters continually swears nonstop and at points you would rather shoot him than the enemy; it gets a little embarrassing at times. The official gun is a good edition to get with this game as it makes it more enjoyable. Overall this is a great game and when you complete each level, every time you go back to it you can thankfully bypass those terrible cut scenes.

  The B Movie off games

When you think of this game think of a B movie, because thats what this is. It's based on a B movie, with a cheesy story line, but that' what makes it good and very funny you just keep laughing at the 2 characters lines.
This an arcade style zombie shoot-um up and you don't have to worry about moving your chacter around because the computer does that for you. This is the kind of game you can go on for a short game without having to spend hours trying to find a place to save or stop. I also find it good to get my frustratings out on if I have a bad day, especally now Ive unlooked better weapons. You always have something to aim for on this game, from high scores to more money or just pointless shooting. You also have a few side games which are very good as well.
Remember treet like a B movie or game to take your temper out on by pointless shooting of zombies, and you will really enjoy this game.
