i got this game for fathers day and must say i was very impressed i never got on with the other sim games but i have spent allot of time playing this one
.... you should like this. To correct one of the other reviews you don't have to create your own car before you race, there are loads of cars to choose from, you can race straight away. However my son (10yrs) enjoyed creating his own car. It is a bit harder than Mario Kart, controls pretty much the same, it's not so refined or responsive though. MK is a better game, but if like us you have played it to death this is worth getting - we paid £30 for it when released so this is a bargain at this price.
This game does not have a wide range of maps like mario but some are better. Chareters are not as good and the graphics are not as good as mario but if your looking for a family freindly racing game i reccomend it.
