On the heels of winning 25 international gaming awards with FIFA 09, the top-selling football franchise from EA Sports is surpassed with FIFA 10. Responding to consumer feedback from more than 275 million online games played, FIFA 10 refines an already potent game engine, focusing on what matter most to fans.

Not as bad as what is being said!

I am surprised by the reviews given! What do people expect? The Wii is not intended to be as realistic etc as the XBox or PS3. It is a fun console, and to that end Fifa 10 is just that - fun. Whilst it may not have the realism that some people might want, the fun you can have is there in bucket loads! The management mode itself is fun - what makes it hard is the individual challenges that you set yourself for the Manager Moments - you can win 5-0 but still you have not scored a hattrick with one of your strikers, or you did not get 60%. That makes it hard.
Perhaps EA Sports should make it clear that this is more of an arcade version of the title but that should nevertheless detract from what is a fun game.

it's not as bad as people are making out

However I don't think the graphics are as good as they are on fifa 08 or fifa 09 they they're not bad just think there could be some improvement in that section also the free kick penalty and corner feature does take a bit of getting used but other than that i've got no problems it's a good addition to the fifa series

 Utterly Dissapointng

- Total lack of depth, and customisable options.
- Cartoon like presentation
- Scoring goals is way too easy
- Defending is more about blind luck than skill or judgment
- Slide tackling almost always results in a foul/sending off
- online tournaments.

In the manager mode, or 'Battle for glory' mode, match length is 2mins a half, which cannot be altered. Also difficulty cannot be adjusted mid season.
Player transfers is a farce, no negotiations involved at all, no contact options at all, and most dissapointly of all no money involved what so ever.

I was so looking forward to this years fifa i've purchased every edition since 1998 but EA have really dropped the ball with this years offering.

Yet another prime example of Wii owners being short changed with multiformat releases.
I full expect that the 360 & PS3 versons will have all the usual features & be true to the good name of Fifa, just a shame that 09 on wii was such a step in the right direction that 10 has done away with all the improvments

probobly the worst game that will ever be
