The live-action, six-shooting, Wild West adventures of Mad Dog McCree are blazing their way to your Wii. Take on the role of the Bounty Hunter in this collection of all three classic arcade shooters: Mad Dog McCree, Mad Dog 2: The Lost Gold, and The Last Bounty Hunter. Bring your own brand of justice to the ruthless evil plaguing the Wild West, once and for all.

Game features:

  • The first live-action shooter on the Wii
  • Play all three classic games on one Wii disc
  • Use your Wii Remote as your virtual six-shooter to take down outlaws coming at you from all angles - test your mettle in any of three difficulty modes: Deputy, Sheriff, or U.S Marshall
  • Track down the infamous Mad Dog McCree, or the four most wanted fugitives: Handsome Harry, Nasty Dan, El Loco, and Cactus Kid
  • Test your reflexes in nail-biting Showdowns - an old fashioned draw pits you against one villain: whose gun is faster?
  • Wii Zapper support
  • Game modes:

    • Posse Mode: Work together as a posse of up to 4 bounty hunters on the trail of Mad Dog McCree, the four outlaws, and all of their henchmen for a combined high score
    • Rebel Mode: Work independently with up to 4 bounty hunters on the trail of Mad Dog McCree, the four outlaws, and all of their henchmen for individual high scores and only one winner

IM ALWAYS ON THE LOOK OUT FOR COOL WIIMOTE GUN GAMES...

...THIS IS NOT 1 OFF THEM

ok ok ok its not 100% bad it just not 80% good, this is a remake of an old light gun arcade game in which the graphics are not computer generated and instead they are actual live actors, which gives it its first twist being the ONLY live action shooter on the wii, there are also 3 different modes to choose from all of which came out a year or 2 apart from each other originally in the arcade so as you can imagine they get slightly better as you play through them.

for me personally the biggest problem i had was the reloading, normall you just flik your controller or even shake it but with this you have to hold both buttons (i think) AND shake it to get it to work (and as there is not a gun that supports pressing down the "A" button your back to just normally holding it also you may have noticed i said "i think" and thats because im not 100% sure if thats right as it dosent always work!!!

your best bet is to skip the first 2 games and jump straight to the 3rd game as this version adds 1 extra which makes it so much better than the other 2. In all 3 its about shooting your gun before they shoot youas youd expect but in the 3rd game not only do you do this but you also get the chance to shoot the gun out of the baddies hand therefor not killing them and getting extra for sending them on there way alive! this adds a new concept to the game which you dont normally get in games but in the long run still dosent make it any easyer to play...

...so basically im stuck! if you have already got the house of the dead games and others like it and are desp to get another one that is most def unique ya cant go 2 bad with this considerin' its at a slashed price.

i would give this about 65/100

Great value for £'s brings back great memories

First of all this is great value for money, under £20 and I wish people would play the games before reviewing. To reload just point off screen and shoot.....simple. It brings back good memories from the arcades and yes it's difficult, but all you need to do is continue without inserting pound coins. The Wii needs more point and shoot games, this is worth the money.

     boring !!!!

Does this control the same as ghost squad and hotd2&3 i.e like a proper light gun game as the arcade versions did in the day or does it control like Resident evil:Umberela chronicles? I didn't liek the controls of re:uc so need to know before i buy and the reviews on the net are not to clear on this.
