A vibrant and colourful turn based game. Enjoyable For All!!

A Great and Simple Turn Based Game. The attention to detail is very noticeable and the characters and actions of all our extremely close to the animated show, which brings a real sense of enjoyment to the game.

All the actions throughout the game are easy to do, and there is no long winded learning curve before you actually start to get anywhere. The game play is fluid and all aspects are enjoyable, the plot is elegant and nicely ties in with the first series adding a nice extra twist including you into the world of Vestroia.
This is a strategy game based on putting together the best team, and finding what suits you.
Its nice in the fact you dont have to play exactly by the rules, its more about finding your favourite Bakugan and playing them when you feel its right.

This is a very entertaining game where you dont just button bash or have to get a 3,000 page guide book to understand. It has just the right balance of action, strategy, colour and humour in one neat package.

The game its self has many options and all of which are well explained nicely thought out, while being easy to get too.
The story mode - follows one Bakugan Brawler on his journey to become the best of his class where the truth of recent occurrences come to light.
The Battle Arena mode - pretty much says it all. You are open to a 1-4 player battle mode where you and your friends can battle in single or tag team battles. Which happen to be explained nicely in the story mode. You are given the option of choosing any unlocked character as your brawler as well as your customised brawler from the story mode. Instant pick up and play action.
The Tutorial Mode - gives you a nice insight in how to play the game
My Room - is where you are able to customise your Brawler and edit your deck, as well as learn new skills from other brawlers as they share there knowledge.

In Story mode 4main options will appear - Tournament Arena - Park - Bakugan Store And - My Room.
Tournament Arena is where you come head to head with different Attribute Brawlers, who put you to the test, as you compete in different styles of battling.
The Park is a place to find other brawlers to battle and gain Points, and practice your skills ready for oncoming Bakugan battles.
Bakugan Store is the place to be, all your Bakugan will be waiting for you to buy them with the points you have earned. Also upgrading there individual abilities, and get new Bakugan cards.

On a whole this game is very enjoyable and will keep the little ones entertained for a spell.
All there favourite characters are waiting to help them out and join in the adventure.
Personally I think the Animation is flawless and all characters and Bakugan move perfectly in each environment. The moment you turn the game on you are immersed in the world of Bakugan. While the simple option to customise your character at any time adds that little personal touch too.

Well worth a look and anyone fan or otherwise will enjoy this title.
Sorry but ive got to say this, Its so much Fun!

Not recommended unless your a real fan of the show

Like the title says, its not a great game. The game could have been so much better but they kept it way to small with the posable options. Now I think most gamers will get bored and put the game away and never look at it again.

"Over 200 player cards including 12 never before seen" They forget to mention that most cards do the same basic thing (about 95%). And that is to give your bakugan more power. The main difference is that some cards need / give a better bonus to a specific attribute (fire, water, wind, earth, light and darkness) and other cards cards give needs / give a better bonus to specific bakugan.

"More than 250 unlockables" These are just the bakugan and cards that you can buy.

The story is way to short, and there isn't much of a story anyway. If you just do the story then can be done quickly, 3-5 hours assuming you win every game. But if you really do everything (unlock all 250 items) you will need about 10-12 hours.

There is also a park where you can battle with the players that you already beaten, and a challenge post. Nearly every challenge is beat every on every level, (easy, medium, hard and for some hard again with evolved bakugan), this way you unlock other bakugan and cards in the shop. The other challenge are, get to the first place on the ranking system, get every card, get every bakugan and all 3 things combined)

The bakugan battles start with using ability cards and the battle itself is done with 1 of the 3 minigames. Shoot your bakugan symbol, timing (press the a, b or shake the remote on the right time) and rapid shaking. Also very boring after your 30th battle or so. There are 3 levels for the minigame but its all basicly the same.

To summerize. Its a game that had potential but because it gets boring (same type of cards and same battle minigames over and over and same challenges) I think its entertaining for a few hours but then it get to boring for most people. Shame it isn't more like the tv show, could have been a lot more entertaining.
