You never thought it would turn out like this - an all-out chase where you're the hunted. And the hunter. Now you must get behind the wheel and risk everything to infiltrate a ruthless international crime syndicate and take them down. The man you're after is a maniac behind the wheel, and he's driving like his life depends on escape, which maybe it does. He's the one with all the answers you need, you will track him down. Needless to say, that fleet of police cruisers in your rearview mirror won't make things any easier. It will take all of your experience - and every ounce of skill - to outrun the law, take down the enemy, and unlock the truth that puts an end to this chase once and for all.

Go Deep Undercover: Race into an action-packed story of pursuit and betrayal. Take on jobs and compete in races to prove yourself as you infiltrate and take down an international crime syndicate.

Highway Battle: Fight off the cops and others as you take down your prey in high-speed, high stake multi-car chases. New and vastly improved A.I. mechanics mean more aggressive and intelligent cops focused on taking you out fast and by any means necessary.

Own the Open World: Tear across the massive highway system and discover the open world of the Gulf Coast Tri-Cities area, with three unique cities connected by an extensive highway system.

Heroic Driving Engine: An all-new game engine lets you pull off amazing moves for the ultimate driving edge.

       Great Game!

When I first saw this game advertised, I was pleased to see it had gone back to the illegal street racing scene. Although you are playing as an undercover cop, the storyline is good, not fantastic, but good and so is the game play. However, I feel that something is missing from the game, that it lacks something, but im not sure what it is. The graphics are very good and so are the cars. I haven't played a NFS game with more cars before! and the many customizations and modifications are great too. The game play map is great and the police chases are better than ever. Overall it is an enjoyable game, i do recommend it for all NFS fans.

       How is it rubbish?

It's the best nfs for ages - how is the choice of cars no good? cause it has proper cars like bugatti veyron's and evo's, ferrari's etc.. and not chav'd up little corsa's?

NFS has never been overly realistic because if it has damage it just isn't nfs, the visual damage is good the choice of cars is top notch and the storyline is fantastic.

Anyone criticising this game is being far too picky for the nfs range, it isn't about perfect graphics and tearing your hair out if you can't get your way, if you want that you go for forza or something, no?

NFS is designed as a fun game that you just switch on and play - why not use it that way?

       absolutely fantastic!!!

This is the best game of racing launched till today. Great graphics!! And specially i highly recomend to get wireless racing xbox360 original to feel the reality of the game.

Especially when the cops hits you; you can feel the tumbles and the pressure. It's simple! You like to race, this is the game and do not listen to those that write bad reviews, where in the hell you heard that a ea games is crap. Period! Buy the game and sit down, enjoy the adrenaline and drive as fast as you can!! :-) Enjoy!!!

       NFSUC: Terrible Game

I can not understand at all how people honestly think that this game is good, at all! The Graphics seems to be the biggest hit with most people so I'll start with that.

The graphics in this title are boring, seen it before, can't be arsed to make a proper gaming engine EA speciality! You can clearly see where the frame rate dies and freezes, the rendering is sketchy, if you look closely its bland even for High Def gaming.

The game mechanics are awful, its far too fake, im not trying to compare to simulation racers but its just not driving at all its just sliding. There is no damage mechanic so it doesn't matter how much you smash your car it just bounces off the walls and other cars without a single scratch.

Story line is dull, and predictable, acting is quite good becuase of the amazing looking women in it. Had to be said.
Way too many loading screens even with the hard drive saves that you can exploit now, every time you finish an event or cinematic there is a loading screen!
The races themselves are dull and boring, the AI is rubbish they barley know you're there!

This game is basically a terrible copy of the Burnout series and previous NFS games, if you don't like simulation but you do enjoy more arcade like style racing get either a PGR tile or the latest Burnout. That way you wont be wasting your money.

       this game is great

It is a lot better than recent need for speeds and dates back to when they were all in with the cop cahses like most wanted which was a amazing game, gameplay is great and so is the music not a lot of other traffic when you are free roaming apart from that it is a ace game!
