Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse utilises the talented voice cast and writers, authentic humor and subversive spirit of the Family Guy series, giving fans a whole new way to interact with their favorite show. The game features a completely original story that sends the guys back through the Multiverse on a mission to stop Bertram. The game also features extra challenge levels, multiplayer maps, costumes and unlockable characters as well as a co-op mode.

  • Bizarre universes: Battle through all new demented universes that only the show's writers could create
  • Extra-dimensional action: Face off against whacked out foes in Infiltration and Multiverse Madness Modes
  • Create epic beat downs: Switch between Brian and Stewie on the fly, or grab a friend and play in 2-player co-op mode to take down the enemies in the multiverse
  • Familiar faces: Take the reins of 10 different characters plucked from the show and pit them against each other in 4-person local multiplayer
  • Weapons: Wield a variety of weapons in various parts of the multiverse

 Why such bad reviews?

This game has bad reviews over alot of places but I really don't see why. Theres co-op storymode and Multiplayer and challenge mode aswell as a short but fun story. To complete this doesn't take very long but there are small collectibles on the way you dont have to collect, the achievements are very generous and the game is very witty. The game comments make you laugh and the graphics and very bright and fun. You can play as everyone from family guy in multiplayer and stewie or brian in the storymode (or peter in level 9). I rented this game and wouldn't be disappointed atall if I had brought this for 30 pounds. Many costumes and weapons vary the gameplay up and you arn't in the same area again and again so it's new every level. Overall a very fun game with some replay factor aswell which you don't get in many these days. 4.5/5

 Road To Boredom

Firstly i own every series of Family Guy on DVD,i have the old X Box game and love it but this effort falls flat.Slow simple childish gameplay left me bored and after two attempts to like this game i sold it.Not worth a quarter of the asking price.

not as impressive as it looks

the game does look like your watching an episode on tv, and the humour from all your favourite characters is there.
Unfortunatly this is the only good things about this game
i found myself getting bored within the first hour of collecting x of y and felt the novelty soon wear off. Buy Hitman instead.
