Featuring over 20 female characters, Rumble Roses XX is a graphically stunning wrestling title featuring a wide range of throws, counter-moves and pin-downs. Each character has a distinct personality, from Cow-Girl Dixie through to school girl Reiko and wicked nurse Anesthesia. In addition to the staple throws, slaps and pins of the wrestling genre, each girl has specific attacks linked to their overt personalities and can also string together a number of moves to create formidable combinations. In keeping with the glitzy showcase nature of the game, the girls also have taunt moves to rile their opponents and to get the crowd going.
Rumble Roses XX features a number of solo modes wherein players can pummel their way through the game's many characters and unlock additional foes. There are also a number of additional competitions to put the player through their paces, each giving the player a chance to access the hundreds of possible attacks the game can produce.
Multi-player action is also included via a four-player Tag team competition, wherein two teams of two girls can fight against each other. The Tag Team mode also gives players access to previously inaccessible moves as the pairs work together. Rumble Roses XX will also make use of the Xbox Live online gaming service, with one-again-one bouts or team battles to be enjoyed against like-minded fans.
  • Over 20 beautiful female wrestlers available to control
  • Boasts a wide range of throws, counter-moves and pin-downs
  • Plentiful one-player modes testing skill to unlock rewards
  • Four-player Tag Team mode sets things up for more cool moves
  • Extensive use of Xbox Live - team battles with the world's best

This is the ultimate male "guilty pleasure" video game expereince (the 'Dead Or Alive' series isn't too far behind mind you).

It has functional presentation and options and limited long term value (though the Xbox Live option - which I don't have at time of writing - remedies this issue somewhat).

However, if you get this game for what it is and play it for what it is it more than does the job. Female wresting is sexy and fun, and this not only caters for that but has a strong aura of fetish about it. Having Reiko wrapped-up snake-like with Candy Cane maybe ultra shallow and adolescent, but that doesn't stop it being nice to do!

This game is no Bioshock and it shouln't be expected to be so. But if you want to cater for those ultra shallow cravings this is as good as it gets (for now). Good visuals too, and a really cheesy soundtrack.

It gets 3 out of 5 stars because it delivers on what the game was ultimatelty designed for.

WOW GREAT GRAPHICS 9/10 buy it now

Wow. The Rumble Roses ladies look amazing in ring, and during fight entrances.
This is a fun wrestling game for when you've got time to burn, and like watching virtual ladies fight (in embarrassing clothing if you want).

When I first played the first game in the series I could have sworn I was in love. The concept is a truly wonderful idea - sexy women beating the snot out of each other at my command!
Rumble Roses XX is an interesting buy for 360 owners. Gameplay-wise there isn't really very much content and therefore the game can get quite repetative quickly. However, if you like this sort of game a certain satisfaction can be obtained from developing your favourite character from a scrawny wannabe to an all-powerful superstar.
XX's main attraction is the all new tag-team mode. After all, what's better than having two beautiful women battle it out? FOUR, that's what! New attractions such as the store and street fights mode help to maintain replayability, but I can only reccomend this fully to fans of the series.
However, if you want a cheap thrill, with actual skill needed to gain the rewards and of course, the beautiful women (seriously, they're BEAUTIFUL), XX delivers. At this price, I can reccomend it to all!

 I don't understand...

... the point of this game in the slightest!
The controls are just stupid, the moves are limited and there's just not enough emphasis on the wrestling. It's all about modelling and stuff too!
Just give it a miss and spend your money on getting your mrs new underwear instead!
