Yoostar 2 brings the magic and fun of Hollywood to your living room. Using your Kinect for Xbox 360, you can insert yourself into famous movie and TV scenes, starring alongside or in place of your favourite actors. Perform the lines as written, or improvise and deliver your own improvisation. After you've finished, Yoostar 2 scores your performance, and you can upload your scene to Yoostar2's in-game social portal, Xbox LIVE, Yoostar.com and Facebook. Yoostar 2 is a fantastic party game that will appeal to both hardcore and casual players.

  • Please Note: Requires Microsoft Kinect
  • Blockbuster Hollywood content!
  • Yoostar 2 comes with 50 Movie Scenes, 10 Hollywood Sets and 20 Video Backgrounds, with hundreds more scenes available for purchase and download in the online store. The Yoostar 2 library includes:
  • Current hits like The Hangover, Tropic Thunder, Meet The Fockers, 300 and Kick Ass
  • Modern classics like "The Godfather" and "Rocky"
  • All-time classics like "Casablanca," and "The Wizard of Oz"
  • Popular TV shows such as " Star Trek", " Mad Men", and "CSI"
  • Over 1,200 actors are already on board with Yoostar, including superstars like Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Gerard Butler, Cameron Diaz, Arnold Schwarzenegger and many more
  • Great Gameplay!
  • Players' performances are scored based on accuracy and overall performance, but the game also allows for improvised performances that draw on players' creativity
  • Yoostar 2 features a variety of game modes including:
  • Challenge Mode - a progression-based mode that gives you a series of scene challenges. Perform well, and open up additional areas on the road to Hollywood
  • Quick Play Mode - Play through scenes quickly, whether on your own or with a group. The game features single and two-player scenes, and you can string together a sequence of 5 scenes in a row for great group play
  • Great Social Features!
  • Share your performance with friends and the Yoostar 2 community on Yoostar 2's in-game social portal, Yoostar.com and even through your Facebook page or Twitter
  • Earn awards and increase your "Fame" status through community participation, such as sharing videos, rating and awarding other player's performances
  • On Yoostar.com, players can enter contests, check out their status on the leaderboards, watch "how-to" videos to improve performances and much more
  • Great Technology!
  • By utilising the Kinect sensor, Yoostar 2 achieves Hollywood "green screen" style effects without the need for additional equipment

Good points,
plenty of content
some nice party options
fun scenes...Star trek, hangover, tropic thunder etc
can upload vids

Bad points
You won't want to upload vids because they look terrible
You need a bloody lighting kit to actually get it right
you don't appear as perfect as they do in the trailers for the game
Sound is poor
camera angles, or getting in position doesn't work well.
Kinect interface is again terrible (hasn't anyone learn't anything from dance central?)
tiresome after 20 minutes
overpriced dlc
does not use kinect to its best of it's ability
will leave you wondering why you paid full price.

Very unhappy with this game after i was actually looking forward to it, trailers make you think it's flawless but it isn't, considering kinect has such great tech i do not understand why it looks as bad as the eye toy, i blame this due to mulit platform release and lazy developers. It should have been better quality! very dissapointed.

Some of the worst scenes from average movies. A handful of OK ones but generally poor.

The worst problem is that the Kinect does not zoom in/out automatically to fit the player into the scene meaning you have to either squat or balance precariously to fit into the area of action. The sound quality is poor on replays and the menu system is lengthy and tedious with the worst control of any Kinect game I've played.

The imaging does not 'cut out' the player as well as the trailers make out and generally does not play as smooth either.

Big disappointment. Pick it up in a sale for about 10 pounds.

 the worst game EVER!

YES In order to play this game properly you will have to spend anything up to 70 pounds on a hardrive. Utterly discusting.

 Its OK

The other reviewers maybe right but you need to take the game as it is, Its a bit of fun for you and your mates when they come round, Nothing serious, Yes the audio is poor and its a bit blocky round the edges but its not Hollywood lol.. maybe a bit lower price would help but overall its fun.
