Top 100 Games Reviewer

Considering we dont receive many Tales games in Europe it's nice to see Tales Of Vesperia has finally arrived.

As far as this generation goes many of the JRPG's have received lackluster reviews from the masses but Tales Of Vesperia thankfully breaks that and actually turns out to be one of the greatest RPG's to have been released from Japan.

The characters are all very unique and very likeable. This is aided by the often quirky skits where the characters will fill in the mini blanks in the story. All of which are fully voiced which is a first for the Tales franchise.

The story is very well played out and keeps you very interested throughout your adventure, as with all Tales games there is tons of side quests to complete while you play but just focusing on the story alone will rake in around 40-50 hours of gameplay with the option to start again with certain things carried over it gives Vesperia a whole new wave of completing.

Graphics are really sharp and each character is drawn out very nicely and clearly. The voice overs for this game are actually really good so dont be put off by other JRPG's which often hire very weird voice actors to fill out the roles of characters.

As a fan of the Tales games Vesperia is without a doubt of the best ones alongside Symphonia and Abyss. If you own a Xbox 360 and are in need of a great JRPG you wont find one better than Tales Of Vesperia.

This is one of the best RPGs in the past few years, the story and characters are amazing the art design is great to look at and the further you get into the game the exploration and side quests are just as fun as the main. But DO NOT pay these stupid prices, get it off the Games on demand via xbox live for only 20 quid you will not regret it

 Very good RPG

On the surface this game is pretty much....a more deluxe version of Eternal Sonata...no bad thing. But in reality, it has a fair bit more fairy dust than that game and it's very easy to spend time with this game.

With FF13 on the horizon some people may be wondering whether to just try that as their one JRPG to have on the go...if you do, you do, but make sure you come back sometime and check this one out, because it's well worth it.

 Simply beautiful!

After hearing loads about this game i thought i'd try it out. This is without a doubt one of the best RPG's i have played. The graphix are awesome for anyone even remotely interested in anime and the gameplay is exceptional. This is a must for any RPG fan, only one disk but there is soooooo much to do you can easily rack up 50hrs or just play the main story and be done in around 30. Character development is one of the best i have seen in a game of this type. Could have easily taken it as the next Final Fantasy.

Any downsides? Yes, the costume change feature is nice but only a couple seem to actually work. Only English Voices, no japanese option which is a shame and some of the voices really do grate with the cheesy american accent (Karol), however on the most part the voices are well chosen for each character.

Sumary: Get this game and see how awesome it is. Do not listen to the first and second review - this game was worth the wait.
