This game is great i got it today and i am addicted the new gameplay is awsome but i would wait till you watch the film to get this other like me it wrecks afew details in the film which you make you not want to see the film cause it explains things but overall the best spidey game there is!!
I'm a huge spiderman fan. Have been since I was a kid and have played all the games. With this one being linked with the new movie they had to make it amazing. The fighting is amazing, stealth takedowns are amazing and free roaming with the web rush button to land on any flag pole, lamp post and so on, AMAZING! Best spiderman game to date! Buy it!
Ive never been a huge fan of spiderman games myself. I played the first and second for the PS2 and thought they was "ok" but nothing to scream about, but after watching the film and seeing the reviews for The Amazing Spiderman, i thought...why not.
Well i was very surprised....pleasantly surprised. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is extremely fun. Usually the thought of web swinging around manhatten can get very repetitive but somehow...it really works a treat. Loads of side missions to do aswel as the main storyline. Extremely great game, i completed everything within 15 hours of gameplay, but I didn't mess about. Must have for all gamers.
This Game definantly lives by the "amazing" in the title the game is based loosely after the events of the amazing spider man film (2012), the story ins tied in the curt connors' cross species research , the boss battles are not difficult (even in super hero mode) but they are enjoable and fun the cut scenes linking the game moments are lnfo MUST BY
i have to say this is the best spiderman game i've played to date, its just like batman arkham city but moving around the city is much more fun, also the fighting the enemy is better, unlike arkham city where u could stand and fight 5 or 6 men at once on here u have to use spidermans skills to defeat enemies rather than simple button bashing, also the side missions are very entertaining, i found myself playing the side missions for over 3 hours before remembering the main mission, so if ur a fan of spiderman or u enjoyed batman arkham city this game is one you will love :)
