     Great Game!!!!!!!!!

This is the best snowboarding sim out there to date. The controls are similar to skates and the sheer size of the mountains are huge!! You get to fly a helicoptewr and decide on what part of the mountain to drop out on. I recommend this game highly if you like snowboarding games.

     realistic snowboarding

This is the most realistic snowboarding I have ever played and I am an avid snowboard gamer. The graphics are awesome and once you give it time to get good at the control and progress far enough to get to the good challenges this is an awesome game. The only thing that I have a problem with is that combining sspins and flips is a little bit dodgy. I hope these guys make a sequal because if they ironed out the few small floors it would be a 5 star game

     Pretty good

I'd been anticipating this game for a while, being a very keen skier, this game was the closest thing on the market. I wasn't disappointed. Its all about the backcountry. The game generally plays well, even though there are a few bugs/glitches. "Flick-it" type controls make the game more like Skate, rather than Shaun White's Tony Hawk style game. There are 5 mountains, each with over 45 square miles of boardable terrain, so it never gets boring. It is also the only "extreme sports" game (that I know of) that has managed to get a good scoring system, where extra points ARE rewarded for style and technical difficulty, rather than just the amount of spins, because of its "Hucker Vs. Style" system, which I think works brilliantly.

All in all, a great, solid game, that'll keep you playing for many many hours. Considering its a game from little known companies Bongfish and Destineer, its an absolute gem. Especially at this price.

On a seperate note, in the US there is an extended version due for release: "Stoked: Big Air", which includes the full original game, plus an extra 2 mountains, extra challenges, park features etc. This has currently no schedule for Europe release, so I wouldn't hold out for it. It took around 8 or 9 months for this original version to reach Europe after the US. Its your call.

     would not recomend

i would not recomend this game to anyone but a die hard extreme sports fan, the graphics are very tidy but the over all way the game is set out is just to boring and doesnt offer anything to keep you entertained after the first few hours of play
