          After the pretty boring Generals and the rather forgettable C&C3, it is back to the fun over-the-top action of the Red Alert series.

          The acting is hammier than ever, and this time you will recognize all the actors - plus of course, some fairly exposed female officers.

          Yes, it is colourful and hardly competes with the gritty realism of Company of Heroes - but it is meant to be fun, and there is still plenty of strategy even if the whole thing looks like a Lego city.

          Not much has changed in the gameplay, although this is the first C&C game I have played not on PC. It is not quite as easy to navigate the menus on the Xbox, but the programmers have made a pretty good job of it and it's only slightly more complicated and time consuming than using a mouse and keyboard.

          The sub-commander option is a neat addition, although I am not sure how many people will actually use a human - you can pretty much leave the AI to it.

          My only criticism is that your own units are pretty stupid if left to their own devices. There are plenty of attack moves, but quite often you will ask your units to go somewhere and they will just stay put because there is an obstruction somewhere along the route.

          This is definitely the best C&C since Yuri's Revenge; let us hope there is an expansion pack out soon.

          'Terrable'... The only word to describe it, by far the worst c&c yet, every aspect of this so called 'game' is bad. The graphics, gameplay and story. Dont bother buying it its honistly a joke of a game..... If its an rts u want for the 360 i would recomend c&c kanes wrath witch is an excellent c&c tital.

          After you get past the pink tanks that bounce up and down and bicker in the tutorial (which makes you want to get rid of this game as quick as possible) it's actually a really good game. The campaign has a good story to it, the acting is a bit "lol" but that doesn't really matter too much. They've kept all the classics that made Command and Conquer what it is such as Apocalyse tanks, dreadnoughts, V3 rocket launchers, mirage tanks, tanya, and many moer classics. They could have improved the front cover though!! It's not exactly the best cover ever made.... The game itself is awesome though and quite addictive!! Worth getting.

          Well i'll start off on the good things.
          The gameplay is great but it does take a while to get used to due to having to pull triggers to get menu's up and change stances etc. and in the heart of battle u begin to start panicing and end up pulling the wrong things.
          The storyline is also another great thing about it theres 3 unique factions each one with its own avantages such as the empires space age technology with giant robots smashing building down and there is plenty to keep you busy both on and offline.
          But the only thing that lets it down is the unit limiter - if your used to the old C&C's build 100 soldiers and 50 tanks then send em in kinda person you'll be sadly let down due to the limit of only 50 Units
          Dont get me wrong the game is great with Great HD cinematic briefings but the unit limiter for me just lets it down to a 4 star

          With the new command stick the player interface has been improved beyond measure unfortunately it feels and looks more like an arcade game. I know the red alert franchise is ment to feel over the top but this alternate time line is still based in this reality????.

          Having said that co op story mode is excellent the HD video scenes are the best yet. But where this game really lacks is in skirmish the heart of any good C&C game, i want as a strategy player, to command massive armies with strategic perfection instead a 50 unit limit is in place, whilst this keeps the game well away from the annoying slow downs of the past, it detracts from the strategy front as your forces are sliced through with a certain ease that seems to smell of a lack of balancing. (A particular favourite of mine is rocket trooper vs Dreadnought).
          This game is no where close to as well balanced as generals (and that had some issues) i feel the secret protocols (same as generals abilities) are too powerful when you consider you can only command 50 units a time this becomes tediouse as you constantly have to be micro managing your build ques to keep your army stocked in a cross range of units.
          Please EA you got this right in generals and kanes wrath, units reflected their cost to build on the battlefield whilst still retaining certain weaknesses.

          Buy this as i have if you want an excellent single player/co-op campaign and then stick to C&C generals if you want excellent skirmish play or if you dont have a pc kanes wrath for the 360.
