Number 1 Games Reviewer
Having only been a recent convert to the 360 I found playing Halo 3 confusing, my reason being was that the game assumes you have played Halo 2. I am giving the game 4 stars for this reason. I've since had to go out and get Halo 2 as I already have Halo 1 for the PC.
Graphics are beautiful and game play is spot on.
Considering that console's are not a great medium for FPS unlike the PC, Halo 3 does a fine job of making the controls easy to pick up.
So if you haven't played HALO 2 you're going to find the HALO 3 story Confusing. My advice is to also pick up parts one and two both great titles that will help paint a bigger picture.
As Good As Halo & Halo 2

The Halo series has always been an epic shooting game and still is. I found the latest installment as the best one but it's older brothers Halo & Halo 2 are not much different.
Effective Multiplayer and as good a story as the last two.
All together makes a winning formula.
But again not much different to the other two.
Should a Halo 4 exist in the future it may yet again get a good rating with not much difference to number 3.
A great game.
