You can get far better rechargable AA batteries and a charger for your money that last longer and are more versatile. I.e. your not stuck with something you can only use in your xbox 360. Even though they are supposed to be 1800ma litho, they are never fully charged to take advantage of this. They drain far to quickly for their capacity. This is just an overpriced gimmick for those who just impulse buy.

If you put the plug and play cable in the console and turn it off it still charges the batteries its like when you have an active download and you turn it off it still downloads and then shuts down.

I had the other charge pack the wired 1 and it was good but mine broke and checking the reviews on here some other customers also experienced that problem, thought i get this instead and its much better! charge 2 at once very good for my 3 controllers and its constantly on and its wireless :D
You dont need your xbox on for this to work :)

Nothing more annoying than when you have 6 kills on COD 4 and a chopper look promising and you get a nice message saying please reconnect controller. by the time you have rubbed the batteries in your handset and then eventually changed them you have more holes than swiss cheese. but not with this product a quick change and your owning again. quickly charges the battery pack and lasts for ages. only downside is you need another pack whick costs a tenner but what is the price of death??

this thing is great you will never have dead batteries again. buy it now especially if you have two controllers.
