With the update via xbox live the frame rates aren't even a problem for me. The graphics are stunning, the commentary is better than anything I've heard on any sports game ever. The depth in every game mode and the level of detail is above and beyond and the NBA Today feature is incredible. You can play all the matches on that are to be played today with using the current rosters of each team and there utalizing the players current level of performance based on accurate stats for the season. Think FIFA's Live Season 2.0 but entirely FREE and even better.

This goes above and beyond anything EA have done with the NBA Live series and is a vast improvement on previous games in the 2k series which is saying a lot as they've been making better basketball games than EA for a few years now.

I don't know what all the compaining is about... this is awesome!

A lot of build up to 2K10, but it has failed to please in a number of areas. First off are the obvious frame-rate issues. Particularly in the My Player mode. Anytime i'm defending near the baseline the gameplay lags, and gets quite frustrating at times. The gameplay is good but it's not great. Quite annoying where in the last game you forced a miss shot because you contested the shot well. Now it seems, unless you actually block the shot, it's almost impossible for the shot not to drop. And yet more open shots don't go in. No sense. For me the only mode i'd recently been playing much is the My Player mode. That's the only thing that savours this game for me. I admire it is a great game mode and I love that is has been made available but i'm afraid as it's a leading sports series it just doesn't cut it for me.

First I must say that the game looks awsome, and except from some bugs, the ingame play is great. The npc A.I. is still stupid as always.
Thats the best things i can say about this game...
It is so full of bugs. Every mode is, but most of all, the "My player" mode, and that was the mode that made me buy the game. Because of these faults, the game is close to unplayable... I hate to rate this game only 2 stars, but after playing it a couple of days, I have come to dislike it alot...

If they release a patch to fix it all, this would be a good game. I have my fingers crossed...
