  Great Value!

This is by far the best value I've found when looking for a 360 bundle for christmas. Forza 3 and the extra wireless pad come to around 70 pounds at most stores, leaving 170 for the console, which is an elite with a huge hard drive. Most street-stores are still selling the arcade model at that price! This is absolutley a bargain no matter how you look at it.

Comes in a nice special edition box with Forza 3 markings on it, the rest is your usual Xbox elite stuff inside though, as expected. I've been putting off getting a next gen console for a while now but I'm definately glad I got this bundle while its availible.

The only minor (and this is nit-picky really) is that theres no was to get this bundle with the Limited Edition of Forza 3, but that mostly comes with added fluff anyway (USB stick, a few bonus cars which are most lilkley just decals anyway and not new models). The stuff in the limited edition will probably be availible as DLC in the future anyway.

All in all, this is definately the bundle to get if you're looking for value for money or hard drive space. Gonna be a good christmas this year :)

A very quick review just to say that looking for what I know I need to. I can say with a fair amount of confidence that the Super Elite is a Jasper. Buy with confidence!

For the price you're receiving an excellent bundle here, two controllers,250gb memory and the game!xbox may not be the best console out there but it is one of the best, plus the newer (jasper) models are not meant to rrod so all in all this bundle is worth every penny, recommended!!

  very good!

Just purchased this console and considering you get the game which normally sells for £40 and an xtra controller which sells for another £30 and you get the 250gb hard drive which is more than double the size of the 120gb you get with the normal elite you dont have to be a wizard to work out this is a cracking deal!!!!

  Great for the price.

Considering you are getting 2 controllers and a copy of the excellent Forza Motorsport 3 for 240 quid, this bundle is actually not a bad little deal at all. Add to that the whopping 250GB HDD, which is not available anywhere else (for the moment), then if I was looking for a 360 console at the moment, this is the one I would get.

Also, there have been reports that this 250GB Elite model (also due to be appearing soon in a Modern Warfare 2 bundle) has a redisigned motherboard, so this console could well be more reliable than some older versions.

  Best Console Out There?

Great value with two wireless pads and a huge 250 gig hard drive. But no HDMI or Component connections and no way to recharge the batteries?

So once you buy the console you have the hidden costs of HDMI or Component cables/connections and then the problem of recharging the batteries - buy a play and charge kit, keep replacing the AA batteries, or buy the chargeable docking station?

Not quite the bargain it seems but it's close.
