Venom Xbox 360 VX COMM's Gaming Headset

After going through about 4 official xbox headsets throughout 2012, i thought i would step up my game and buy this, Everything was fine at first, Packaging etc. was great, Came on time, Everything, Great.

I plugged it in, started chatting to friends again and boy was i relieved, until the next night, it just stopped working, The earpiece wasn't allowing sound to come through, I couldn't hear anything.

If you are thinking about buying this mic.. Don't, There are alot of better options out there, IE; Turtlebeach.

these head phones dont work ... microphone doesnt pick up your voice unless you shout ... best go for something cheaper im trying to get a refund on this rubbish.

Well worth the money bit did break after almost a year because my stupid sister thought she would see how many hits against a wall it would take to break after raging on a game online.
Sound quality is good, has a good design, the earpiece is comfortable for 2-3 hours And i've just ordered my second one

Like the other reviewers stated you get what you pay for. I had a pair for a couple of months before upgrading to TB X12s. Better than the basic Microsoft headset but no good long term.

Buyers, beware. This product works, very well as a matter of fact, but one day it just broke.

Yeah... the headset is comfortable and the sound quality is brilliant for the price. But the magic only lasts for about a month. You'll find Its the same with most third party accessories. Remember cheaper is not necessarily better. My advice to you is to go with turtle Beach Headsets which range from 20-80 pounds. They cost a fair bit more but they last years. Don't be foolishly persuaded by a low price tag

I'm sorry but I bought this product although skeptical at the time due to some very reasonable reviews . I have to be honest i wish i hadn't, very cheap and low cost build quality, audio does not sound the way it does on other mic's either.
Replaced after about 6 weeks with turtle x11's which were only a few pounds more expensive

i bought three of these head sets at x mas and one at a time they have all gone faulty with poor connections and faulty wiring. we dont even use them that offen. was good while it lasted but defo would not buy again.

Mine worked just fine... for under a month, then it desided to die and not give me a single sound. great.... what the hell. how do i complain and get a refund?!

I was a little sceptical considering the mixed reviews, however the audio quality is crystal clear a steal at 6.99
